If you choose to use our services to tell a friend about the Site and / or the Services, we will ask for your friend’s name and email address. An email inviting your friend to visit the Site or use the Services will be sent to him / her automatically.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to third parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include the following parties or purposes mentioned in this Section.

We may share and combine your information internally across different websites and mobile applications of AIP and with AIP’s subsidiaries and affiliated companies for the uses described above under the section "How we use the Information we collect".

In order for AIP to manage AIP’s business and the Site and the Services, the personal information we collect may be disclosed to the following, including without limitation:

- Third party or external service suppliers and providers who work with AIP to assist us in operating the Site and the Services, conducting our business or servicing you, under a duty of confidentiality;

- Agents, affiliates or associates of AIP who have been duly authorised by AIP to use such personal information and data;

- Regulatory bodies, government agencies or other authorities where AIP considers necessary to release such information in order to comply with the applicable laws and regulations, including, without limitation, compliance with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on the Site;

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses.

User should be aware that when they choose to display or distribute Personal Information via the Site or any other distribution method, such information can be collected and used by others and this may result in unsolicited messages from third parties. AIP shall not be responsible for such unsolicited messages.

We take reasonable steps to restrict access to database(s) of the Site to only those who have registered on and / or subscribed to the Site and the Services but AIP cannot guarantee that other parties will not gain access to our databases.


5.        How we protect your information

We are committed to maintaining the security of personal information and data. We have put in place appropriate security procedures, technical and organisational measures to safeguard and protect your personal information and data from loss, theft, misuse, and against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect your personal information and data submitted by Users to the Site and AIP. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Account users should safeguard your unique User Name / User ID and Password by keeping it secret and confidential and not share these details with anyone. You should always sign off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit to the Site. Please be advised that we will never ask for your User Name / User ID or Password via email.

Please also be advised that we use a third party service provider to facilitate the electronic payment transactions on the Site.

It may be necessary for AIP (or our service providers) to process, transfer and store your personal information outside of your local jurisdiction. Personal information and data from User may be collected on these other websites when you visit such websites or make use of the services provided therein. Where and when you decide to click on any advertisement or listing or hyperlink on the Site which grants you access to another website, the protection of Users’ personal information and data which are deemed to be private and confidential may be exposed in these other websites. This privacy policy only applies to the Site so when you link to other websites you should read their own privacy policies.


10.        Sale of Business

If AIP’s business is sold or integrated with another business, your personal information and data may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchaser and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business.

We keep our Privacy Policy under regular review. We reserve the right to update, revise or amend this Privacy Policy at any time as AIP, so Users are advised to review this Privacy Policy frequently.

If we change this Privacy Policy, we will post the changes on this page, and place notices on other page(s) of the Site, so that you may be aware of the information we collect and how we use it at all times. Such changes to this Privacy Policy shall apply from the time AIP posts the same on this page.
