Your use of the Site is subject to the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms and Conditions”) and privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”).
1.2 These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between you and AIP.

Any amended Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy shall replace all previous versions of the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy. You are advised to periodically review these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the amendments to these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, you should cease to use the Site or any of the services provided on or through the Site (“Services”). Definitions
“Advertiser” means user who is an advertiser that posts advertisement, posting or listing (including, without limitation, advertisement, posting, listing or promotes any business-related activity on the Site. Advertiser includes, without limitation, registered business / company, non-registered business, home-based business and freelance business individual (hereinafter collectively known as Business) and entity / person allowed by AIP.
“Services” means any of the services provided on or through the Site.
“Site” means any website, job portal or mobile application owned and operated by AIP and its subsidiaries / affiliates and include any of the services (“Services”) provided on or through the Site.
“Subscriber” means user who is a subscriber (includes, without limitation, free trial subscriber and paid subscriber) that posts advertisement, posting or listing (including, without limitation, advertisement, posting, listing or promotes any business-related activity on the Site. Subscriber includes, without limitation, registered business / company, non-registered business, home-based business and freelance business individual (hereinafter collectively known as Business) and entity / person allowed by AIP.
“Terms and Conditions” means Terms and Conditions (including Privacy Policy).
“User” means an individual or entity (including, without limitation, Advertiser and Subscriber as defined in “Advertiser” and “Subscriber” respectively above) that uses any aspect of the Site and / or the Services.
“User Content” or “Content” means content, advertisement, posting, listing and / or any content submitted by any user.
“You” means the person who (or the entity on behalf of whom you are acting) that is agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Ability to accept Terms and Conditions
2.1 You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms and Conditions, and to abide by and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
3.1 User acknowledges and agrees that your use of the Site, and any other website or mobile application accessed through it, is entirely at your OWN SOLE RISK. User shall be solely responsible for your own communications and responsible for the consequences of your own activities on the Site.
3.2 We do not represent or guarantee the accuracy, reliability or quality of any content or communication posted or transmitted by any user or endorse any opinion expressed by any user. User acknowledges and agrees that any reliance by you on any material or content posted by any user shall be at your own risk. 3.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIP and its subsidiaries, associated companies, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, lawyers or other partners:
- disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- make no warranty that the Site will meet your requirements or the quality of any product, service, information or content purchased or obtained by you through the Site will meet your expectations.
- make no warranty that any information, data, advertisement, posting, listing, webpage, web link or any other material will be viewed by any specific user or number of users.
- make no warranty that the operation of the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or the Site will operate error-free or the Site and its servers are free of viruses or other harmful mechanisms, that any defect will be rectified. We shall not be liable in any event for damage of any kind suffered by any user whatsoever, directly or indirectly, relating to users’ use of or inability to use of the Site and any content on the Site. If use of the Site or its contents result in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, by any user, we shall not be responsible for those costs and any loss or damage of whatever nature.
3.4 We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify and discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any service of the Site, or any part thereof, with or without notice. User acknowledges and agrees that AIP shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any interruption, suspension, discontinuance or termination of any service on / or through the Site or for any material or content on the Site, or the accuracy, reliability or quality of any material or content on and / or through the Site.
3.5 User acknowledges and agrees that it is not AIP’s policy to undertake to monitor, review or exercise control over and to edit or amend any material or content of any email, advertisement, posting, listing or any information that may be inserted or made available or transmitted to or from any third party, including any User, Advertiser or Subscriber in or through the Site. We disclaim any and all liability to all contents on the Site, whether or not arising under the laws of copyright, trademarks, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise.
3.6 User acknowledges and agrees that you are fully responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any information, data, advertisement, posting, listing, webpage or any other material submitted by you to AIP or that is otherwise posted, listed or transmitted by you or on or through the Site. We take no responsibility whatsoever for any content on the Site that is not posted by AIP or is otherwise posted by AIP on behalf of any User, Advertiser or Subscriber.
3.7 User acknowledges and agrees that AIP shall not:
- be responsible in any way for any decision, whatever the reason or reasons, made by any party seeking any advertisement, posting or listing on the Site, or of any party responding to any advertisement, posting or listing on the Site.
- be considered in any way as an agent of any User, Advertiser or Subscriber with respect to any use of the Site. We will not be involved in dealings or disputes between User and Advertiser and / or Subscriber and in any dispute. User and Advertiser and / or Subscriber shall resolve any dispute between themselves and we shall not be responsible or held liable for any dispute between User and Advertiser and / or Subscriber.
- be responsible or held liable for the quality and legitimacy of any product or service provided by Advertiser and / or Subscriber. We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of the advertisement, posting or listing provided by Advertiser and / or Subscriber.
- be responsible nor liable for any loss or damage of any type or nature incurred as a result of any User’s communication or dealing with any Advertiser and / or Subscriber found on or through the Site. Any such communication or dealing is solely between the User and Advertiser and / or Subscriber.
4. Indemnity
4.1 User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AIP and its subsidiaries, associated companies, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, lawyers or other partners from any claim, action, demand, loss, damage, cost and expense, including, without limitation, legal fees and litigation expenses on a full indemnity basis, alleging, arising from or relating to your use of the Site and content or material you provide to the Site, your breach of the Terms and Conditions, and / or your violation of any rights of another party to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Intellectual Proprietary Rights
5.1 All contents of the Site, including, without limitation, information, text, graphics, images, videos, editorial contents, user interfaces, visual interfaces, trademarks, logos, applications, programs, computer codes and other proprietary materials on the Site, that AIP provides to you, including websites, portals and mobile applications, are the intellectual property of AIP or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights and laws.
5.2 Nothing in the Terms and Conditions and / or any Agreement between AIP and you shall be construed or deemed to grant or provide any user any right, licence, interest or permission to deal with any intellectual property of AIP in any way including, without limitation, to, or to procure, assist or facilitate any third party to copy, display, disseminate, distribute, modify, publish, reproduce, store, use, sell or transfer or participate in the sale or transfer of or offer for sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any content on the Site, whether in whole or in part.
5.3 User acknowledges and agrees that contents on the Site are made available solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. User may copy or download the contents on the Site solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that user will not delete or amend any symbol or statement in the contents that indicate the subsistence therein of copyright, trademark and any intellectual proprietary rights. User does not have any right, title or interest in or to any or any part of the contents as a result of such copying or downloading.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 The aggregate liability of AIP to any User for all claims arising from or relating to your use of the Site and the Services shall be limited to the fees received by AIP in respect of the services giving rise to such claims.
7. Links to Other Websites and Mobile Applications
7.1 The Site may contain links to third-party websites, mobile applications, online resources or material that are beyond our control. These websites, mobile applications, online resources or material are provided solely as a convenience to users. We are not responsible for and do not endorse such external websites, mobile applications, online resources or material. Your use of websites, mobile applications, online resources or material is entirely at your own sole risk.
8. Modification to Access or / and Site
8.1 We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify, restrict, suspend or discontinue User’s access to, either temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any part thereof) or the Services, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to user or to any third party for any such modification, restriction, suspension or discontinuation.
9. Payment
9.1 Advertiser, Subscriber and / or User acknowledges and agrees that you will pay to AIP all fees incurred in connection with the purchase of products or services through payment methods made available by AIP and within the specified payment terms from the date of invoice. Advertiser, Subscriber and / or User acknowledges and agrees that you are solely responsible for any payment method that you have chosen.
9.2 If you are paying via cheque, you understand that AIP is not responsible for any loss of or damage to the cheque en-route to AIP. You shall be liable to pay to AIP such administrative fees stipulated by AIP if the cheque bounces.
9.3 For any late payment, you shall bear interest at an annual rate of 12%, or the highest rate permitted by law, from the due date until it is paid in full.
9.4 Advertiser, Subscriber and / or User shall be liable for full payment of fees from the commencement of the contract and / or the sales order. Payment must be made notwithstanding any error or omission in the advertisements, postings or listings.
9.5 All fees are exclusive of tax. You shall pay all taxes, duties or levies in respect of your purchase of products or services of AIP.
10. Refund Policy
10.1 There shall be no refund of any payment or fee paid to AIP.
10.2 In the event of any refund, such refund shall be paid by bank transfer to the bank account that you have provided or by way of cheque to be mailed to you via normal post. User is to ensure that all information that you have provided for the purposes of obtaining a refund is true, accurate, complete and current.
11. Registration and Password
11.1 To register on the Site or for the Site and / or the Services, you warrant that:
- you are above 18 years of age,
- you are using your actual identity,
- all data, information, details and / or personal particulars provided by you in registration or at any time are true, accurate, complete and current, and
- you will maintain and promptly update your and / or your entity’s data, information, details and / or personal particulars and ensure that such data, information, details and / or personal particulars are kept true, accurate, complete and current in order that we can communicate with you effectively.
11.2 User below the age of 18 years of age are not eligible to use the Site or provide any personal information and data on the Site unsupervised. 12.2 Whilst we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the Site is available at all times, we cannot guarantee that the Site or any individual function or feature of the Site of any of the Services will always be available and / or error free. - that User breaches or violates any of the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy;
- that User breaches or violates any law or regulation;
- of any request by law enforcement or other governmental agencies;
- that any information, content, material, posting, listing or advertisement provided by User that is inaccurate;
- that any information, content, material, posting, listing or advertisement provided by User that we deem abusive, disruptive, inappropriate or illegal;
- of User’s infringement of intellectual property rights of others; or
- of discontinuation or material modification to the Site and the Services, or part thereof;
and such decision shall be final. If AIP has not exercised the right under this section, it shall not be deemed to be a waiver.
13.2 Termination of your account shall result in removal of access to the Site and the Services that are associated with such account, and deletion of your password and all related information, and content associated with or inside your account.
14. Use of Site
Advertiser and / or Subscriber
14.1 Advertiser and / or Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that you shall only use the Site for lawful purposes and promoting your or your entity’s products and / or services.
14.2 By submitting, uploading or posting any advertisement, posting or listing on or through the Site, Advertiser and / or Subscriber authorises AIP to store such advertisement, posting or listing in the databases of AIP and the Site. You also understand, acknowledge and agree that your advertisement, posting or listing may be transferred to countries outside of your location for the purposes of storing and / or processing.
14.3 Upon acceptance of any free trial promotion offer, Advertiser and / or Subscriber will be entitled to use the Site to advertise, post or list its advertisement, posting or listing for a pre-determined time period subject to terms and conditions of the free trial promotion offer.
14.4 Upon payment of a fee to AIP, Advertiser and / or Subscriber will be entitled to use the Site to advertise, post or list its advertisement, posting or listing for a pre-determined time period subject to terms and conditions of the service.
14.5 Advertiser and / or Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the acceptance of payment by AIP for your purchase of any advertisement, posting, listing or package shall not be deemed as an undertaking by AIP to accept any advertisement, posting or listing. We reserve the right to approve or reject any advertisement, posting or listing at our sole discretion without providing any reason to you. We also reserve full discretion to the placement, positioning or presentation of any advertisement, posting or listing.
14.6 Advertiser and / or Subscriber represents and warrants that the material or content in any of your or your entity’s advertisement, posting and / or listing:
- are in compliance with the Terms and Conditions;
- are in compliance with applicable local laws and regulations including, without limitation, those relating to privacy, data privacy, data use, third party proprietary rights, copyright and trademarks;
- are true, accurate and current;
- do not contain undesirable or discriminatory content or material;
- do not contain content, material or website link that are inaccurate, false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, libellous, obscene, sexual in nature (including, without limitation, advertising and selling of such sexual or related services) and / or threatening; and
- do not contain content, information, material or website link of any unrelated and unaffiliated business, company or entity.
14.7 Advertiser and / or Subscriber shall be solely responsible for the material or content contained in your advertisement, posting or listing on the Site. We reserve the right to edit, amend or remove or require the edit, amendment or removal of any advertisement, posting or listing as we see appropriate or upon request by law enforcement or government agencies without providing reason or prior notice.
14.8 Advertiser and / or Subscriber shall be responsible to check your content, advertisement, posting or listing and its accuracy before you submit your content, advertisement, posting or listing to AIP or on or through the Site and before it is published or republished. We are not obligated to accept any request to correct any error after the content, advertisement, posting or listing is published or republished and you shall be solely and fully responsible for such errors.
14.9 We do not undertake to review your content, advertisement, posting or listing. The publishing of any content, advertisement, posting or listing will not be deemed or construed as our acceptance that such content, advertisement, posting or listing complies with any provision of the Terms and Conditions.
14.10 Advertiser and / or Subscriber may request that AIP withdraw any advertisement, posting or listing that has been published, advertised, posted or listed. In such an event, AIP is not liable to refund to you any fee that you have paid for such advertisement, posting or listing. You understand and acknowledge that a withdrawal of a published advertisement, posting or listing may not be feasible in certain circumstances (including, but without limitations, offline publication).
14.11 Advertiser and / or Subscriber understands and acknowledges that AIP may make changes to the Site, mobile application or offline publication (and its format and / or layout) or Services without prior notice to you. This may result in changes to the format or layout of your or your entity’s advertisement, posting or listing.
14.12 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Advertiser’s and / or Subscriber’s access or use of the Site or the Services offered to any Advertiser and / or Subscriber or to remove any advertisement, posting, listing, website link and / or webpage posted on the Site at our sole discretion, without any compensation or recourse to the Advertiser and / or Subscriber in the event that the Advertiser and / or Subscriber or the content of any of your or your entity’s advertisement, posting, listing, website link and / or webpage are in breach of any of the provisions in the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy or AIP’s specifications.
14.13 Advertiser and / or Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that:
- you shall not respond to any User other than in connection with his / her enquiry regarding your or your entity, business or company’s products or services you advertised or posted or listed on the Site and the Services;
- you shall not make any communication or use of the Site for any purpose other than for the purpose of seeking customers for your entity, business, company, products or services you advertised, posted or listed on the Site ;
- you shall not make any unsolicited communication of any type to other Users;
- you shall not make any unsolicited telephone call or fax or send unsolicited mail or email to any User unless such User has agreed to be contacted by you; and
- you shall not use personal data or information received from User to sell or promote any other product or service other than for the purpose of responding to such User’s enquiry or communication.
14.14 We also reserve the right to remove any content on the Site at our own discretion and our decision is final.
User
14.15 User acknowledges and agrees that you shall only use the Site and the Services for lawful purposes.
14.16 User acknowledges and agrees that:
- all data, personal data and information submitted on or through the Site to AIP are given entirely at your own will and risk.
- you submit or disclose your data, personal data and information to AIP and / or Advertiser and / or Subscriber at your own will and risk when you make enquiry to Advertiser and / or Subscriber on or through the Site.
it is the AIP’s practice of charging Advertiser and / or Subscriber a fee for access to the Site and the Services and subject to the terms herein. You also recognize and agree that you shall have no claims to any such fee received by AIP.
14.17 User acknowledges and agrees that:
- User Profile and its standard fields to be completed by you must be accurate, complete, current and not misleading.
- you are solely responsible for any consequence arising from filling your personal data and information on the Site.
- you shall not respond to any advertisement, posting or listing for any reason other than to make enquiry to Advertiser and / or Subscriber and / or their products or services.
- you shall not make any communication or use of the Site for any purpose other than for the purpose of seeking information about the Advertiser and / or Subscriber and / or their products or services.
- you shall not make any unsolicited communication of any type to other Users.
14.18 By submitting, uploading or posting your data, personal data and information on the Site, User authorises AIP to store your data, personal data and information in the databases of AIP and the Site. In such an event, User’s data, personal data and information will remain active on the Site and be stored in databases of AIP and the Site at your own risk unless and until you choose to delete them. Please note that any deletion is subject to a commercially reasonable time of removal of User’s data, personal data and information from databases of AIP and the Site.
14.19 User acknowledges and agrees that data, personal data and information may be transferred to countries or territories outside of your location for the purposes of storing and processing.
14.20 We reserve the right to edit, erase, disapprove or reject any part of the User’s data, personal data and information as we see appropriate and / or reasonably believes that such data, personal data and information, without limitation, are inaccurate, false, illegal, unlawful, infringe copyright, trademark, trade secret or any intellectual property right or invade the privacy of the others.
14.21 We do not guarantee that other parties will not, without our consent, gain access to the databases of AIP and the Site, despite our endeavours to secure databases of AIP and the Site.
14.22 We will not be responsible or held liable in any way if any User, in breach of the Terms and Conditions, uses the User’s data, personal data and information for any purpose other than for the purpose of the Site and the Services.
Content, Advertisement, Posting, Listing and Submission
14.23 Advertiser and / or Subscriber understands and agrees that all User Content or Content or content in Advertisement, Posting, Listing or Submission is the sole responsibility of the person, entity, business or company from which such User Content or Content or content originated.
14.24 Content, advertisement, posting or listing shall be submitted in the format or file format that AIP specified.
14.25 Advertiser and / or Subscriber shall submit to AIP through methods specified by AIP before the date of placement of the advertisement, posting or listing except otherwise allowed by AIP. Where we allow for advertisement, posting or listing to be placed immediately after the submission on the Site, you may submit your content or advertisement, posting or listing to the Site at any time.
14.26 By submitting, uploading, posting or displaying User Content or Content on or through the Site, you grant AIP an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence and right to use, modify, adapt, copy, reproduce, distribute and publish such User Content or Content for purposes including, without limitation, display or public performance, placement of advertisement, posting or listing on the Site or other media other than the Site, including, without limitation, mobile applications, offline publication and the Site’s and AIP’s marketing or distribution. You acknowledge and agree that AIP may use your and your entity’s, business’ or company’s name, image, symbol, photograph (if any) for the purposes of the Site’s and AIP’s marketing or distribution activities.
14.27 User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AIP and its subsidiaries, associated companies, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, lawyers or other partners from all liabilities, claim, action, demand, loss, damage, cost and expense, including, without limitation, legal fees and litigation expenses, alleging, arising from or relating to any User Content or Content, including, but without limitation, to the publication of the User Content or Content. We reserve the right to reject, remove or refuse to post, display or transmit any User Content or Content at our own discretion.
14.28 If User post any User Content or Content in any public area of the Site, you understand, acknowledge and agree that you permit any User to access, view, reproduce and store and such User Content or Content for own personal use.
All users – Prohibited Uses
14.29 Your use of the Site is conditional on your compliance with the rules of conduct set forth in these Terms and Conditions and you acknowledge and agree that you will not:
- revising or removing any content or material posted or listed by any other User, person, entity, business or company;
- use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose;
- use the Site to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the rights of others, including, without limitation, others’ privacy rights or rights of publicity;

- interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks used to make the Site available or violate any requirement, procedure, policy or regulation of such servers or networks;
- transmit or otherwise make available in connection with the Site any virus, worm or other computer code that is harmful or invasive or may or is intended to damage the operation of, or to monitor the use of, any hardware, software or equipment;
- reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit for any commercial purpose, any portion of, use of, or access to the Site;
- modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Site; remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice from the Site or material or content originating from the Site;

14.30 We reserve the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific instances.
15. Severability
15.1 The provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall be enforceable independently of each other and the validity of each provision shall not be affected if any of the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable.
15.2 In the event that any provision or any part of a provision of the Terms and Conditions is determined to be or become illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions or remaining part of the provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not be affected and, in lieu of such illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision or part of a provision, there shall be added as part of the Terms and Conditions one or more provisions as similar in terms as may be legal, valid and enforceable under the applicable law.
16. Duration of Terms and Conditions
16.1 The Terms and Conditions are effective until terminated. We may, at any time and for any reason, terminate your access to or use of the Site. If we terminate your access to the Site, you will not have the right to bring claims against AIP or any of our affiliates with respect to such termination. We and our affiliates shall not be liable for any termination of your access to the Site.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
17.1 The Terms and Conditions and any dispute or matter arising from or incidental to the Site and the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with the Terms and Conditions shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore at Singapore International Arbitration Centre or at such other venue in Singapore as the parties concerned may agree in writing in accordance with Singapore International Arbitration Centre Rules.
17.2 In the event of any breach of the Terms and Conditions by a party, the other party shall be entitled to remedies in law and equity as determined by arbitration.
17.3 Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
18. Force Majeure
18.1 Without prejudice to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions limiting or disclaiming liability, AIP is not liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God (including fire, flood, storm or other natural disasters), failure of the internet, interruption or failure of electricity or / and telecommunications, failure of computer, server, telecommunication or other equipment, explosions, war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government action, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, orders of domestic or foreign courts and non-performance of third parties.
